REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

You agree that Union Prints will also not grant a refund for reasons stated in our non-returnable page.

The product(s) must be returned within (7) days for a full refund. Also, a proof of purchase, especially receipts or ID, is needed to ascertain when such product(s) were purchased. After meeting these requirements, will your refund be processed. You are advised to detach both your data and ordering information from the product(s) you are returning for a refund.

You also agree to pay the return shipping fee, except the return is a mistake from Union Prints. Only on this condition will a refund be paid to you if a product exchange or return is requested.

In case you are not satisfied with your order, or our product(s) do not meet your expectation, or something was not as expected, please contact us within seven (7) days.

Union Prints will deduct a restocking charge of 10-20% of the retail price for the acceptance of any product returned for a refund. Also, you will be refunded 80% of the original purchase price with proof of purchase alongside products untampered.

CANCELLATION POLICY

On Union Prints, there are two cancellation policies applicable:

  1. Cancellation of account
  2. Cancellation of item(s) ordered

You may cancel your account at any time if you are no longer interested in our services or products. Also, Union Prints may cancel your account at her sole discretion if there is a violation in terms and conditions, with or without prior notice. Once your account is canceled, access and use of services and products on our website are suspended immediately. Other reasons that may lead to termination of your account include (but not limited to):

  • Request by law enforcement or other government agencies for infringement
  • Shutdown or modification to any part(s) of the website
  • Unforeseen technical or security issues
  • Fraudulent activity

However, you agree that all cancellations, limitations of access and suspension to the use of Union Prints website shall be made in our sole discretion, and we shall not be liable to you or any third party for cancellation or access to the site.

You may cancel the item(s) ordered before scheduled delivery for reasons best known to you. We reserve the right to accept or reject cancellations at any time and for whatsoever reason(s). Some conditions may result in item(s) cancellation, and they include (but not limited to):

  • Non-availability of the product(s)
  • Insufficient quantity ordered
  • Non-availability of the delivery service in such state
  • Error in pricing information
  • Technical issues from Union Prints
  • Detection of fraudulence act from the payment method
  • Insufficient order information

We will not be able to cancel the item(s) that have already been processed. You agree that we are responsible for deciding whether an item has been processed or not. Also, you agree not to dispute the decision made by Union Prints and accept our decision regarding the cancellation. We shall send confirmation of your cancellation to you via the necessary platform.

A refund shall be made (with conditions met) in cases where it is not possible to cancel orders because they have already been shipped.
